Eve Bushman, owner of Eve’s Wine 101 Consulting, has been in the wine industry for over 10 years. She has a Level Two Intermediate Certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust and authored “Wine Etiquette for Everyone”. Eve is expert in the field of wine education and can train your staff on how to maximize their sales orders and tips by being comfortable selling wine to patrons. Eve can also organize wine and spirits tastings and larger events in your venue, including the marketing of these events.

Michael Perlis, Eve’s Wine 101 Consulting

Michael Perlis has been pursuing his passion for wine for more than 25 years. As Vice President of Eve’s Wine 101 Consulting, Michael oversees and advises on the selection of wine lists as well as writing e-newsletters for clients to insure their maximum visibility. He also works with Eve on marketing events, especially sourcing wine and winemaker participation. Additionally, as President of MCP Financial, Michael has been providing controller services to businesses throughout the Los Angeles area and possesses a keen understanding of how marketing efforts and changes in operating costs and structure can impact the bottom line.

Kevin Anthony
A lifelong educator in hotel management, marketing and operating systems, Kevin has taught hotel classes for UCLA Extension, Loyola Marymount and currently teaches at College of the Canyons where he serves as the Department Chair for the Hotel and Restaurant program. Currently, the classes he teaches include hotel management, restaurant operations, law and marketing.

Prior to teaching, Kevin directed the refurbishment and rebranding of a boutique hotel and was the owner of Kevin Anthony and Associates, where he trained and placed individuals in employment in four and five star hotel properties throughout Los Angeles.
